About Our Logo
The School's logo includes the star and crescent. The earliest known town charter is that granted to Drogheda-in-Meath by Walter de Lacy in 1194. The original star and crescent appeared on the town emblem taken from Richard The Lionheart's coat of arms. The figure in the centre of the logo is executing a side kick. The claret and blue colours are traditionally associated with Drogheda.
